אנדרוגרפיס – Andrographis paniculata

אנדרוגרפיס (Andrographis paniculata) הוא שיח רב-שנתי המצוי בעיקר במדינות אזור ההימאלאיה, בדרום ומזרח אסיה. הוא משמש כצמח רפואי מסורתי ברפואות המזרח הרחוק, ובמיוחד ברפואת האיירוודה. הוא משתייך למשפחה הבוטנית: קוציציים – Acanthaceae

כינויו ברפואה ההודית: kalmegh (“מלך המרים”), מתייחס לטעמו.

רכיבים פעילים עיקריים

דיטרפן-לקטונים (andrographolides), פלבונואידים., אנדרוגרפולידים, דיכאינים, טריטרפנואידים ועוד.

מחקרים רבים שבוצעו מראים כי שימוש באנדרוגרפיס יכול לסייע לטיפול ושיפור של:

חולשה חיסונית, סרטן, דלקת כבד, כבד שומני, מחלות ויראליות (מניעה וטיפול), זיהומים במערכת העיכול, דלקת בדרכי המרה, דלקת בכיס המרה, אבני מרה, קנדידה, דלקות בדרכי השתן, פרונקלים וזיהומים תת-עוריים, שפעת והצטננות, סינוסיטיס, דלקת ריאות, סוכרת.

מחקר שבדק את היתרונות של אנדרוגרפיס בטיפול בפריקת הגרון והאמידה בגורמים אלרגיים של מחלות הגרון והטונזילות. נמצא כי אנדרוגרפיס יכולה להקל על תסמיני הגרון הכרוניים ולהפחית את הדלקות הטונזילות.
